Preventative Medicine
Once upon a time there was a little boy who loved his father; and his father loved him.
Every day brought wonderful adventures together. They would fight evil pirates one day and land on the moon the next day.
One day, they embarked on an adventure they did not intend. The little boy’s father gripped his chest in the middle of cops and robbers. This wasn’t playful. Concern stole his smile.
Because of that, they rode off into the sunset with sirens wailing.
Because of that, the little boy grew up into a man with a little boy of his own. He wondered, “What can I do so my son doesn’t experience what I did?”
Finally, he brought his concerns to his doctor and made a plan to maintain his health for years of wonderful joy with his son.
